Shipping Information


All Tin Soldier items ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once the order ships, you will recieve a tracking number via email. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and require a customer signature when delivered.




Return Policy


Due to the nature of Tin Soldier products, we do not accept returns and all orders are final. Please be sure to read and understand all of the FAQs before placing your order and feel free to contact us directly with any additional questions.




Custom Orders


Tin Soldier Leather does not accept custom orders at this time.




Quality


Due to the fact that all Tin Soldier products are handmade and each hide is slightly different from the next, not every item will be truly identical. We personally find this to be one of the best features of our products; you truly own a one of a kind item that with proper care can be used and passed down for generations. We guarantee all items are free from usable defects.




Leather


Most of the leathers used are premium, oil tanned hides which have a unique quality. That quality is revealed when you bend or stretch the leather. The leather tends to disperse giving it an aged look. The color can be restored with friction and heat provided by gently rubbing the leather. The more you use and carry it, the better it looks as it gains an aged patina.

Out of Stock
